桐生市でも、熱中症の危険性が極めて高い気象状況になることが予想されます。熱中症に十分御注意ください。
熱中症予防のために・・・
(1)こまめな水分補給をしよう
のどが渇く前に早めに飲みましょう。
いつでも水分補給できるように飲み物を持ち歩きましょう。
(2)エアコン・扇風機を活用しよう
お年寄や子どもは体温調整が十分できないため特に注意してください。
(3)涼しい服装を着用しよう
通気性のよい、吸汗・速乾性のある衣服にしましょう。
(4)バランスよい食事の摂取をしよう
(5)気温が高い時間帯の屋外での作業をできるだけ避けましょう
(6)休息をとりましょう
(7)アラート発表時、エアコンが設置されていない屋内や外での運動は、原則中止または延期
室内では・・・
★扇風機やエアコンで温度を調整
★遮光カーテン、すだれ、打ち水を利用
★室温をこまめに確認
外出時には・・・
★日傘や帽子の着用
★日陰の利用、こまめな休憩
★天気の良い日は、日中の外出をできるだけ控える
★通気性のよい、吸湿性・速乾性のある衣服を着用
★保冷剤、氷、冷たいタオルなどで、からだを冷やす
