Today, in Yamakura, City of Harara, Japan, we received a phone call from a police officer saying "Chiba Bank and Post Office cardholders made your card without your permission. In the future, you may be contacted to pick up your cash or cash card at home. If you receive such a suspicious call at home, please check with your family or consult the police.
Please take measures to avoid talking directly to the perpetrator of the scam by using the answering machine function on your home landline phone or setting your home phone to reject blocked calls.
