Housing Opportunities in Mixed-Use Areas

Building on the recently adopted Comprehensive Plan, HOMA is aimed at making it easier to build housing in mixed-use areas, create an affordable housing program, and update development rules related to building heights, parking, and setbacks. Some areas will also be rezoned to match the Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map.
