*King County - Department of Local Services, Road Services Division (RSD) *is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable *Road Property and Right-of-Way Project/Program Manager *to join the RSD Real Property Team in the Strategic Business Operations Section (SBOS). This role is responsible for a variety of work associated with, right-of-way project management, research, analysis, valuation, acquisition planning, and coordination in support of capital improvement, fish passage, bridge, traffic, and maintenance projects.
 
Additionally, this position supports the administration and management of the Roads Real Property Program including surplus property, road vacation, orphan road programs as well as support for a variety of capital and operating project teams.
