The City of Bellevue is seeking an experienced *Assistant Director *to join our Human Resources (HR) department’s Management Team. This is one of three Assistant Directors reporting to the HR Director to partner and collaborate on strategic planning work and capacity planning, on city culture building, and leading division and team initiatives. Together, you will develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of city government.
