Seeking Japanese Conversation Exchange

I am preparing to move to Tokyo in the next couple of years and in the meantime want to keep up my Japanese language skills. I am in my 50s, active/fit and enjoy walking/hiking and yoga. I'm seeking to meet up once or twice a month for coffee, lunch, and/or walking (preferably Agoura Hills or Calabasas - Santa Monica/Sawtelle area is ok too) and converse in Japanese. If you're seeking Japanese-English language exchange, I'm open to that too.
