＊ We are looking for a female roommate to live in a private room with key on the second floor of a house in a quiet residential area behind the Kaimuki Fire Station. Two rooms will be available from February.
Hope you can get along with other roommates （ all female ）.
Long term (more than 6 months).

＊ Rent is $ 820/month with 1 month deposit. $ 100 will be charged for cleaning and laundry when you move out.
＊ Electricity, water, internet included. Shared washer/dryer （ coin ）, vacuum cleaner
＊ kitchen with dishes and basic cooking utensils
＊ walking distance to Kaimuki restaurant, library, public pool, KCC
＊ no smoking, no pets
