山菜狩りなどで誤って有毒植物を食べたことによる食中毒が発生しています！
有毒植物を原因とする、食中毒患者の約半数が60歳以上です※
※平成30年〜令和５年の植物性自然毒による患者年齢別発生状況（キノコ、ジャガイモ及び銀杏を除く。）
周囲の高齢の方にも下記の注意喚起をお願いします。
● まちがいなく食用だと判断できる植物以外は、採らない！食べない！売らない！人にあげない！
●見分けに迷ったら、食べない！
●野菜などと観賞用植物を近くに植えない！植えた覚えのない植物は食べない！
※令和５年度にも、有毒なトリカブトやスイセンを、野菜や食べられる野草と間違えて食べてしまった食中毒事例が多数起きています
『野草などを食べて体調が悪くなったら、すぐに医師の診察を！』
代表的な有毒植物の特徴は厚生労働省「自然毒のリスクプロファイル」をご覧ください。
