■状況
9月16日(月)午後1時30分頃、昭和区内の居住者方の固定電話に、昭和警察署捜査二課のヤマムラを名乗る男の声で「犯罪グループが捕まり、犯人が持っていた名簿にあなたの名前があったので電話しました。そのなかにあなたの保険証の個人情報があり、あなたは名大病院にかかったことがありますか。」等と特殊詐欺の前兆電話がありました。
■対策
〇電話でお金の話をされたら「詐欺」です!!
〇犯人と直接会話をしないように、自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしておきましょう。
〇電話の相手に録音する旨を伝える被害防止機能付き電話の導入を検討しましょう。
〇国際電話番号による特殊詐欺が急増しているので、＋1や＋44から始まる電話番号には出ない、かけ直さないよう、ご注意ください。
〇海外との電話が不要な場合、固定電話、ひかり電話の方は無償で休止することができます。詳しくは【国際電話不取扱受付センター】にお問い合わせ下さい。
