3rd time as checked baggage on a domestic flight
One of the 4 casters lost the rubber part around the wheel I had to replace the rubber part with a new one （ I am still not sure if this is a problem or not. See 4th photo ）
*The wheel itself is solid.
The interior is in good as new condition with zippers, pockets and adjustable belt

The outside has some scuffs and stains that can be seen with normal use.
As above, very good condition, but only one rubber part （ of the wheel ） has come off
