The room is 13x12 feet with a large closet and bright windows.

1 block to N-Judah line, Muni bus 7 and 29 stops on the same block. Street parking is easy in the area. Half block to Golden Gate Park, SFSU nearby, 4 banks, 5 supermarkets, post office, drug store, 3 grocery stores within walking distance, convenient living without a car. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area.
