Manhattan East 15th Street between 1st and 2nd Ave / Gramercy ・ East Village / Room Share

We are looking for someone to share one room in a 2 bedroom apartment in the Gramercy/East Village area.

Nearest Station ： 1 minute walk from 1st Avenue L train station, 7 minute walk from Union Square station on the 4,5,6/NQR/L train. The M15 and M14 Express/Local bus stops and Citi Bike are a 30 second walk away.

There is a 24-hour pharmacy, Trader Joe's, Target, post office, bank （ Citi Bank/Chase), within a block or two of the apartments, and a park a half block away. There are many restaurants and bars within a short walk, and if you walk to Union Square, you will find Best Buy, discount department stores, Whole Foods, and almost everything else you need.

Rent ： $ 1350 (Utility, Wifi included. You may be asked to pay extra if you use air conditioner in the summer and your utility bill goes up tremendously. ）

Move-in date ： From May 1 （ If you want to move in at the end of April, we can discuss. ）

Apartment ： With elevator. 5th floor. 2 rooms are separated from each other at one end of the apartment, so you can keep your privacy. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. No noise, very quiet.

Furniture ： There are 2 wardrobes, shelves, queen size bed, air conditioner, chair. There is closet space in the room.

Miscellaneous ： Kitchenware, cooking utensils, etc. are available if needed.

Deposit ： 1 month
