Looking for a roommate in a house near UCSD.

I am a post-doctoral researcher at UCSD. I am looking for a new housemate.
The house is a townhouse near WestField at UTC in San Diego.
It is a convenient location for students and researchers as it is only 20 minutes from a nearby bus stop to UCSD.

Room details ： Room is not a master bedroom, bathroom is shared.
House Details ： House is a 3 bedroom townhouse with one master bedroom.

- No couples
- Small gatherings with friends are ok, but no parties please.
- Utilities and water are included in the rent. Gas, electricity, and internet are split between roommates.
- Bedrooms are unfurnished.
- Kitchen and garage available.
- There is a square with a Vons supermarket nearby （ about 5 minutes walk ）, convenient for shopping.
