3bed&2bath, total of 3 people (currently 3 males, 1 adult and 2 students) will be living in the apartment. There used to be a female roommate, so we are open to both men and women.

This is a very reasonable price for this area with parking ($ 50€ extra). The parking space is a parallel parking space that can hold two cars. The first person to move in first gets to use the parking space, but only one person is using it at this time, and the next person who can use it does not plan to have a car at this time, so it can be used. Please cooperate with us as we may need to swap cars to accommodate the living patterns of the working roommates.
