We are pleased to offer for rent a room in a spacious house in a safe residential neighborhood in Torrance.
The room is bright with high ceilings on the second floor.

・ Tokyo Central, Daiso and Del Amo shopping mall are conveniently located just 3 minutes by car.
・ Large renovated house including new paint.
・ Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared.
・ New refrigerator, washer and dryer were just put in this spring.
・ Spacious kitchen with island.
・ Car is street parking, but the street in front of the house is almost always empty.
・ Furniture is not included but we can discuss your needs.

・ Only quiet, clean, considerate and sensible people who can follow common sense rules well.
（ Must be able to follow house rules such as garbage disposal and cleaning ）
・ No pets allowed.
・ No parties, drugs, marijuana, or smoking.
・ No guests allowed.
・ This room is for single occupancy. It cannot be rented by two people, such as a couple or with children.
・ We prefer that you are not working from home. Please let us know your daily living pattern when you contact us.

・ Rent ＄ 1,150 / month （ Utilities, garbage, water, water purifier lease, internet are not included / to be split among residents ）
・ Deposit ＄ 1,150 If you move in, we will need to repair the inside of the room. If there is no damage to the room when you move out, we will refund the deposit minus an appropriate cleaning fee.
・ Deposit cannot be used as last month's rent.
・ The contract of stay is for 1 year （ After that, we will discuss with you ）
