This workshop ( Japanese-US Bilingual ) will provide an opportunity to learn the cultural key points for successful interaction and organizational change within a mixed group of Japanese and non-Japanese professionals. Seating is limited !.
Time : 10am - 12pm
Via Zoom
Cost : $ 15 members ・ $ 25 general
This program is conducted in Japanese ・ English.

In today's volatile business environment, agility and tolerance for change are of paramount importance to all companies in the U.S. and Japan. This mixed US-Japan session will explore how our own expectations, values, and assumptions influence our ability to enact change.

Through culture mapping, we will analyze our own cultural conditioning and learn about the background and impact of potential differences between Japan and the US. We will also work in small groups to discuss how to bridge cultural gaps through real-life examples and gain new insights into effective ways to bring about change in our organizations.

Please join Nikolaus Mach-Hour and Kasia Lynch of the Japan Consulting Office ( JCO ) for this interactive online session.
