●Small business is a driving force for economic revitalization.　Everyone is working hard with dreams of growth.　Many Japanese people in the U.S. are working hard to realize the American dream by becoming entrepreneurs ・ and small business owners.

●Growth ・ In order to make a leap forward, it is necessary to secure human resources, but the inability to offer higher salaries, medical insurance, and retirement plans as benefits compared to large companies is the reason why we cannot attract excellent human resources.
