Overview
Family dissatisfaction regarding nursing care can become a source of disputes during inheritance. In this seminar, we will explain how the procedure proceeds when such disputes arise, and what facts and materials are considered by the Japanese courts in making decisions, through the introduction of cases involving inheritance disputes. Understanding the procedural flow and the court's decision-making framework will be very useful for those who wish to discuss the dispute with the other party or pursue a lawsuit on their own, as well as for those who have a representative, when discussing with the representative or collecting materials necessary for a lawsuit. In addition to the measures to be taken in the event of a dispute, we will also explain what preventive measures can be taken to prevent such a dispute from arising in the first place.
