Classrooms will be open from approximately 7:15 am.

It is located on the second floor, directly above 7-Eleven.
Yoga, stretching, meditation, every Sunday morning at 8am, free （ 2 sessions left ）.
(The reason for the free class is that we rent a classroom from a university professor, Meditation, flow yoga and stretching to prepare your body and mind.
All genders, ages, beginners and experienced students are welcome. Everyone is welcome.
No reservation is necessary, please come to the studio on the day.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water, protein if needed, notebook, and anything else you need ！

I graduated from the University of California with a BFA in dance major. The correct yoga, stretching, meditation, and affirmations I learned in college helped me recover from years of back pain, hernia surgery, and mental illness. I hope to use this experience to help you in any way I can. I myself need to organize my mind and body every day. I would like to share this experience with you and create a warm and friendly community.
