A room with a great view of the garden
will be available in the middle half of this month.
Bed, closet, mini table and chair, with small cabinet at bedside. Safe, quiet residential area,
street is wide.
Nijya and Tokyo Central are about 5 min walk,

Harbor Transit bus stop with free parking,
110FWY and 405FWY are also nearby,
25 min bus to downtown.
Several Japanese restaurants are scattered around the area.
Three cherry trees are in full bloom in spring.
Bathtub and toilet are shared with neighbors, but
very clean.
If you stand up to do your business, or if you cannot keep the room clean and ventilated
, you are not allowed to use the room.
We are looking for men who work full time and have common sense

Please refrain from being assertive or nervous.
We live with three residents.

Some of us come home late at night.
Restaurant workers are welcome.
Laundry is available up to twice a week,
Please feel free to use the garden for BBQ, etc.
Lots of space for cupboards, pantry
etc. There is a
water server with reduced water.
The kitchen has a partition door
to avoid meeting other residents
as much as possible.
The garage is not available for use
as it is used for other purposes.
You may bring your own appliances such as heaters, etc.
