■状況
令和6年6月10日午後2時頃、昭和区内居住の高齢者方の固定電話にNTT職員を騙る女から「後で警察から電話がかかってくる」という電話があり、その後警察官を騙る男や検事を騙る男から、「暴力団員があなた名義で電話を契約し悪用した」「麻薬取引の資金洗浄の送金先口座にあなたの名前があった」「あなたは共犯者として在宅起訴になります」などの説明から、言葉巧みに被害者所有の銀行口座にネットバンキングを開設するよう指示され、そこに入金した約4000万円を別の銀行に送金され奪われるといった特殊詐欺被害が発生しました。
■対策
〇電話の相手がお金の話をしたら詐欺を疑ってください！
〇不審な電話を受けた際は、一人で考えず、家族や警察に相談してください！
〇犯人と直接会話をしないように、自宅の固定電話を常時留守番電話設定にしておきましょう！
〇電話の相手に録音する旨を伝える被害防止機能付き電話の導入を検討しましょう！
