★ Conditions
① If you have any health problems now or in the past, please make sure to get a doctor's diagnosis • and permission before participating.
② If you have a chronic illness or pain, please participate in lessons at your own risk and discretion.
③ Please refrain from using perfume.

★ Countermeasures against the new coronavirus
In order to avoid three densities, the following measures will be taken.
① Closure → Windows open in the hall
② Clustering → Lowering the maximum capacity to less than half
③ Talking in close proximity → Private conversation without a mask strictly prohibited （ No mouse shield ）
④ Thorough cough etiquette → Towel when coughing or sneezing • Handkerchief • Use sleeves to hold mouth and nose
