There is a washer and dryer for you to share with your housemates.
Utilities and wireless WIFI are not included in the rent. You and your house mates will split the cost.
The number of tenants is limited to one adult.
No pets, smoking, drugs, parties, extended guest visits, guest overnight stays, or charging of hybrid or electric vehicles.
We prefer quiet and clean people.
Short term is acceptable.

Formerly occupied by students from Cal State LA, KC Salon, Art Center, USC,PCC.

Alhambra Park is a minute walk away and has tennis and basketball courts.
Conveniently located for walking and jogging.
