*Plan Year (PY) 2025 Assister Certification Training*

*Description:*

Join us for a demonstration of how to access the PY2025 Assister Certification Training on the CMS Portal. We will have subject matter experts on hand to take live questions to help assisters with any difficulties they are facing while trying to access PY2025 Assister Certification Training. If you have Navigators, Certified Application Counselors (CACs) or Enrollment Assistance Personnel (EAP) who are having trouble accessing or enrolling in training, please make sure they attend!

*Remember Annual Assister Certification Training is "mandatory" and should be completed by October 31st, 2024 "before" your previous year’s training expires.*

*Who Should Attend:*

Navigators, Certified Application Counselors (CACs) and Enrollment Assistance Personnel (EAPs)

*When:*

Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM ET
