What you need ： Yoga mat, blanket, yoga block if you have one, eye pillow or eye cover, bolster or cushion. Please bring a notebook and pen as there will be some writing work involved.

15 years experience teaching yoga in English and Japanese and as a yoga teacher trainer in Los Angeles. She has been teaching yoga comprehensively for 20 years and has over 1600 hours of coursework experience. She has taught at YogaWorks in Santa Monica and other major studios as well as a yoga teacher trainer, and has 13 years of experience teaching at Google and other major companies. She has been published in Yoga Journal （ English ・ Japanese ） and has taught at major yoga festivals in the US and Bali.
