If so, we have an exciting opportunity for three (3) *Administrative Specialist IIs (Patient Services Representatives)* to join our Float Pool team! Ideal candidates are committed to working with diverse populations to provide excellent customer service to people from a broad range of cultures, communities, backgrounds, and experiences, including people experiencing homelessness and/or mental illness by travelling to locations around King County performing administrative duties where needed.

 

Float pool positions travel to different KCPH locations to fill in for administrative staff (due to absences, vacations, vacancies, etc.); these positions support and advance the Community Health Services Division's values for fair and culturally-competent service delivery, innovative, effective and efficient application of resources, building a culture of performance, expanding opportunities to seek input, and listen to and respond to clients.

*Work Schedule*

These positions typically work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week, but may be required to work outside these hours - including Saturdays.

 

*Work Location*

These positions will be members of the Float Pool and will work out of various locations throughout King County, changing locations regularly to meet program needs.
