*Dear Manhattan Beach Community Members,* 

On Tuesdays, parking at the Civic Center Upper Lot is limited due to Farmers Market activities, which will continue at that location until further notice. Visitors to City Hall are encouraged to use a limited number of spots designated for City Hall visitors and to please keep these spots open for those who need them.  

*Important Note for Farmers Market Goers:* The Joslyn Community Center parking lot is reserved for “Older Adults Parking” only. Please plan accordingly and consider alternative parking locations to help accommodate our older adult community members. 

*More on the Farmers Market Relocation:* The Farmers Market has temporarily moved to Civic Center Plaza, located at 320 15th Street, due to ongoing construction for the Lot 3 project. 

The market, known for its fresh produce, artisanal goods, and local vendors, will continue to operate every Tuesday from 11 AM to 3 PM in the new location. This move ensures that residents and visitors alike can still enjoy the vibrant community market while construction is underway.
