Prohousing Designation Program Application

The City is applying to the State's Prohousing Designation Program (PDP). The PDP provides incentives for jurisdictions that facilitate housing production. The State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) administers the PDP. 

On Nov. 6, we published our draft PDP application. After a 30-day public comment period, we will submit our PDP application to HCD for their review. All comments received by Dec. 6 will be considered.
