Mayor Castor at Pride Parade
The City of Tampa has once again received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s annual Municipal Equality Index (https://reports.hrc.org/municipal-equality-index-2021) , a nationwide assessment of cities’ commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion in laws, policies and services!

2022 Neighborhood Mini-Grant Program

The Hillsborough County 2022 Neighborhood Mini-Grant Program (https://www.hillsboroughcounty.org/en/residents/property-owners-and-renters/homeowners-and-neighborhoods/action-folder/apply-for-neighborhood-mini-grant) provides up to $5,000 of funding for neighborhood organizations that want to strengthen and engage their communities through innovative and creative community projects. Online applications must be submitted by Friday, Dec. 17 at 5 p.m.

Tampa’s Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting & Santa Fest

Get in the holly jolly spirit on December 4th at Tampa’s Christmas Parade, Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, and Santa Fest (http://friendsoftamparec.org/index.html) in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. There will be fun, family-friendly activities like crafts, a scavenger hunt, games, a rock wall, and photos with Santa. Plus, there will be a showing of The Grinch at 6:35 p.m.
