** Mayor's Spring Clean: Saturday, March 29

Are you looking to get more involved in your community?
The Mayor’s Spring Clean event is Saturday, March 29!
Volunteers are needed and organizing a cleanup is easy:
1. Talk with your neighbors and pick a time for your cleanup.
2. Register (https://ndot.wufoo.com/forms/metro-beautification-neighborhood-cleanup/) your cleanup to get free supplies (gloves, trash bags, safety vests, etc.).
3. Pick up supplies before your cleanup (we’ll notify you when supplies are ready).
4. Let us know where to pick up the trash bags after the cleanup.
5. Share pictures of your cleanup on social media and tag us (@NashvilleDOT).

** Stay Weather Aware this Weekend!

According to the National Weather Service (NWS) confidence is high that multiple rounds of severe weather will impact Middle TN this weekend. All severe weather hazards are possible during the duration of this event - including damaging winds, hail, and tornadoes.

Strong winds and storms are possible Friday night and into Saturday morning. Then another round of storms is expected Saturday night.
