The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Training and Outreach Coordinator with the Gender-Based Violence Prevention Unit. This position is a 2-year grant funded to support the Regional Domestic Violence Firearm Enforcement Unit (RDVFEU).  The RDVFEU is a joint unit comprised of prosecutors, advocates, law enforcement and other legal services professionals from the City of Seattle and King County who work to implement and enforce firearm relinquishment laws, including Orders to Surrender and Prohibit Weapons and Extreme Risk Protection Orders, among other priorities.

_Work Schedule:_  This position works a 40-hour work week schedule, normally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is eligible for King County’s generous benefits package. Employees will be provided with a County-issued laptop and must maintain a workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours.
