■状況
6月29日午後4時50分頃、刈谷市山池町地内にお住まいの方の固定電話に音声ガイダンスで「2時間後に電話が使えなくなります。詳しくは「1」を押してください。」といった電話があり、「1」を押したところ、男に電話がつながり、「あなた名義で携帯電話が契約されて、その電話から迷惑電話がかけられている」「迷惑電話を受けた方が被害届を出すと言っている」などといった特殊詐欺の前兆電話がかかってきました。
この方は男の話に取り合わなかったところ、男から電話を切りました。
■対策
特殊詐欺の被害防止のために下記の対策をしましょう。
・知らない電話番号や非通知からの電話には出ないようにしましょう。
・相手から話を聞いてしまった場合は、一人で判断せずに、必ず、家族、知人、警察等へ相談しましょう。
・最近、国際電話からの特殊詐欺の電話が多数かかってきています。固定電話で海外との電話が不要な方は、発信、着信を無償で休止することができます。詳しくは国際電話不取扱受付センター（0120-210-364、オペレーターによる案内は平日午前9時から午後5時まで）にお問い合わせください。
・刈谷市内にお住まいの60歳以上の方は固定電話に設置する不審電話防止装置を2,000円で購入できます。ぜひ、ご検討ください。
