We're seeking a dynamic *Community Services Program Coordinato*r at the City of Bellevue’s Bellevue Youth Theater to join our vibrant team and ignite the spotlight on innovation and inspiration. Join us in crafting unforgettable experiences and nurturing young talents as they take their first steps into the magic of performing arts.

*Virtual Interviews are scheduled for June 10th and 11th. Secondary, in-person interviews are scheduled for June 14th. *

*PROGRAM DESCRIPTION 
*Bellevue Youth Theatre’s (BYT) mission is to provide recreational opportunities in the performing arts for all young people regardless of income or ability, including opportunities to perform before a live audience. BYT is a youth development program that uses theatre productions as a means to develop self-esteem, confidence, and leadership skills. The theatre has a rich tradition of creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for people living with disabilities. Additionally, BYT provides the community with quality theatre productions which are both entertaining and relevant for the entire family.

The recreational programs at BYT offer 10 - 12 mainstage productions each year where everyone who auditions is cast in a role, as well as summer and school break day camps and additional workshops and classes. In addition to direct service provision, the theatre is available for community rentals.
