NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Medina will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing via Teleconference Zoom Meeting and In-Person at Medina City Hall on *Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 6:00 PM *or as soon thereafter as called by the Planning Commission, regarding the draft plan prepared for the 2024 Comprehensive Plan update. More information on the 2024 Comprehensive Plan update is available on the City’s website at:

The Medina Planning Commission has moved to hybrid meetings, offering in-person and online participation. Please see below for the ways for you to participate and comment during the upcoming Hybrid public hearing at the Planning Commission:

*Register to Speak:* Individuals wishing to speak live during the Hybrid Public Hearing will need to register their requests with the City Clerk at 425-233-6411 or email akellerman@medina-wa.gov and leave a message before 2:00 PM on the day of the *October 9, 2024,* Planning Commission meeting. Please reference the Public Hearing of the *October 9, 2024,* Planning Commission Meeting in your correspondence. The City Clerk will call you by name or telephone number when it is your turn to speak.

*Telephone:* To listen to the meeting or speak live during the Public Hearing via telephone, please call 1-253-205-0468 and enter 820 5535 7397# when prompted.

*Internet:* To watch the meeting over the Internet or speak live during the Public Hearing, via your computer microphone, follow the Zoom link here:

*Written Comments:* Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Manager at jkesler@medina-wa.gov. A summary of the comments will be included in the minutes of the meeting.
