COVID-19 testing (https://www.tampa.gov/emergency-management/covid-19) is currently available daily from 7 am – 7 pm at Al Lopez Park. An additional testing site will open tomorrow (January 4th, 2022) at Al Barnes Park. Both PCR and Rapid Antigen tests are available at these locations. Hillsborough County is also offering testing (https://www.hillsboroughcounty.org/en/residents/public-safety/emergency-management/stay-safe/getting-tested) daily from 9 am to 5 pm at the West Tampa Community Resource Center and Progress Village Park.

The Architectural Review Commission (ARC) (https://www.tampa.gov/historic-preservation/info/architectural-review-commission) and the Barrio Latino Commission (BLC) (https://www.tampa.gov/historic-preservation/info/barrio-latino-commission) ensure that development within the local historic districts, multiple properties grouping, and local landmarks adhere to established Design Guidelines and The Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. Our City of Tampa team is looking for qualified candidates to fill vacancies in the ARC & BLC.
