*King County Metro’s Mobility Division is seeking an experienced *project manager* to ensure delivery of major organizational transformation efforts across the Mobility Division. This position will be primarily responsible for three major efforts in 2025: a project to redefine and standardize contract management practices across the division, supporting cross divisional team with implementation of the Integrated Services Program to improve business processes and transform workplace culture, and initiating a project to streamline the division’s core administrative functions.  
We are looking for passionate change-makers with demonstrated ability to effectively initiate projects, lead diverse workgroups, and build coalitions at all levels of a large, complex organization. The most competitive candidates bring a strong combination of the skills and knowledge required to lead both the technical and people sides of project delivery. Candidates for this role will have the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, be action-oriented, build strong relationships and partnerships, and work under pressure. They will be looked to as problem-solvers.
