*Metro Flex Expands to More of Kenmore
*Last week, King County held an event at Kenmore Middle School to showcase and celebrate the newly expanded Metro Flex program into most of Kenmore and into neighboring cities including Brier and Lake Forest Park. For the cost of a bus fare and with a few simple taps, a Metro Flex van will pick you up at or near your home and take you anywhere in the zone, including the park and ride or a bus line. *Get Ready to Volunteer for Jack Crawford Day*
Mark your calendars! Kenmore’s annual Jack V. Crawford “Courtesy is Contagious in Kenmore” Day is happening on Saturday, October 19, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Log Boom Park.

"Why join?" Let’s beautify Kenmore together! We need volunteers for mulching, invasive plant removal, and more. Tools, drinks, and snacks are all provided.

"Who’s Jack Crawford? "Kenmore’s first mayor (1998-1999) and a City Councilmember until 2005, he’s celebrated for his leadership and generosity.

*Share Your Voice on Behavioral Health in King County
*King County recently launched a new online survey to improve the behavioral health system. King County is also hosting in-person listening sessions to gather input that will help shape future investments in mental health and substance abuse care. Join Councilmember Dembowski and other community members:
