3rd Ave & Yesler Construction Updates

Construction continues on 3rd Ave S, Yesler Way, and Prefontaine Pl S

We’re making changes to 3rd Ave S in downtown and Pioneer Square to make streets safer and more comfortable for people walking, biking, and rolling and make buses more reliable and efficient.

*What's Happening*

Between Monday, October 28 and Friday, November 11, we will:.  


* Finish remaining restoration work on the NE and NW corners of 3rd Ave S and Yesler Way 

* Pour the remaining sidewalk concrete on Prefontaine Pl S 

* Perform electrical work and landscaping on 3rd Ave S and Prefontaine Pl S 

"*All construction work is weather dependent" 

What you need to know/do

* Continue to avoid using the sidewalks on Prefontaine Pl S as concrete is poured
