Climate Action & Equity Plan Listening Session

Coffee with Castor

South Tampa community members are invited to join the next Coffee with Castor meeting on Feb 16th at 9:30 am. It will be held at the McDonald’s S Manhattan Ave location. Attend the meeting to share your ideas on how we can continue improving the quality of life in our city.

DPR Construction Project Information Session + Diversity Outreach Meeting

DPR Construction is inviting all members of the public to an information session at Ragan Park Community Center on Wednesday, February 16, from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Attendees will learn more about DPR Construction’s role in the development of the City Center at Hanna Avenue. In addition, DPR will inform the community of all project-related opportunities in trade contracting, local hiring, and general workforce development in the construction industry. Due to DPR’s COVID-19 guidelines, in-person attendance will be limited to 75 people and masks will be required for entry. The Human Resources team is looking for an HRMS Manager (https://www.jobapscloud.com/Tampa/sup/bulpreview.asp?R1=220202&R2=050975&R3=001) to coordinate changes to HRMS system maintenance, assure all personnel data transactions are entered into the system, and more. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in human resources, business or public administration or related field and five (5) years of experience in human resources, including three (3) years of supervisory experience.
