*MOFFETT BOULEVARD PRECISE PLAN—VISIONING WORKSHOP*

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2024, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Community Center-201 South Rengstorff Avenue

The City of Mountain View invites you to help the City begin the process of developing a Precise Plan for the Moffett Boulevard area at an interactive Community Workshop. The Moffett Boulevard Precise Plan will expand on the 2030 General Plan vision, include new goals, policies, and regulations for private development and street improvements, and implement requirements of the 2023-2031 Housing Element.

The workshop will start with an overview of the plan area and existing conditions. Workshop participants will then provide input on their ideas and vision for the future of this area. This community input will then be presented to the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) and City Council at Study Sessions later this year.

Child care (ages 3 and above) and light refreshments will be provided. Translation services will be available at this meeting. A meeting agenda and additional materials for the workshop will be available on the City’s Moffett Boulevard Precise Plan at MountainView.gov/moffettblvd [ https://www.mountainview.gov/our-city/departments/community-development/planning/city-planning-and-policy-projects/moffett-boulevard-rezoning-project ].
