Innovation in Behavioral Health (IBH) Model Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Application Re-Opening

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has re-opened the IBH Model NOFO after learning that some states encountered obstacles preventing them from applying within the original timeline. CMS seeks to ensure all states interested in the IBH Model can be considered.

The IBH Model NOFO application will remain open through *11:59 pm EST on September 23, 2024*. For more information, or to submit your application, visit: https://www.grants.gov/search-results-detail/354873.

No further action is required for states that have already submitted their application. 

If you have questions, please submit them via the IBH Model mailbox at IBHModel@cms.hhs.gov.
