Located in the College Park neighborhood, this large, open green space is perfect for peaceful walks or family reunions. The park is also home to some larger, more mature trees that provide shade as you move around the different amenities. The park features:

Through our Street Tree Program, it’s easy to request a tree for your home, and we’ll even plant it for you. Trust us when we say they’re more than just a pretty face (or bush, in this case.) While they do make our neighborhoods pretty, they're a tree-mendous resource that benefit us and our environment. Trees shade our homes and manage stormwater, lowering power bills and reducing the risk of flooding and heat-related illnesses, to name a few.

** June 12, 2024, A Day of Remembrance

Our community united on Wednesday, June 12, to remember the 49 lives taken eight years ago in the Pulse tragedy, and also offer love and hope to the survivors, victims’ families and all those impacted.

Together, we reaffirm our commitment to honor the 49 by making it known that in Orlando, every person is welcome. No matter your background, who you are, or who you love, you are valued and respected here. You are an important part of our community.

The City of Orlando is now accepting applications to help form the Pulse Memorial Advisory Committee. As we head into the summer months, many of us are looking for that natural glow. Meet Karli Plunkett of Nectar Aesthetics, the owner the newest med spa in downtown Orlando. At Nectar Aesthetics, Karli and her trained staff are committed to helping clients feel beautiful.

The idea for Nectar Aesthetics was born after Karli spent a decade as a medical esthetician. Her vision was to one day transform her small salon-suite facial business into a medical spa. After graduating as a Physician’s Assistant, Karli signed the lease at her flagship Sanford Nectar Aesthetics location.
