Mayor Johnson joins Dallas Park and Recreation and Trust for Public Land for announcement about the City of Dallas 2024 ParkScore ranking

City of Dallas [ https://dallascityhall.com/Pages/default.aspx ] officials, Dallas Park and Recreation [ https://www.dallasparks.org/ ] staff and leaders from the national nonprofit Trust for Public Land [ https://www.tpl.org/state/texas ] (TPL) on Wednesday will announce where the City of Dallas has landed on the 2024 ParkScore [ https://www.tpl.org/parkscore ] rankings.

ParkScore is a national ranking of the top 100 most populous U.S. cities' parks systems based on five park categories: equity, access, investment, acreage, and amenities, and serves as a powerful tool to help communities gain information to help them close the park equity gap.
