Learning Center Seattle (LCS) is King County’s Children, Youth and Young Adults Reengagement Center in Seattle, Washington. LCS provides case management, education, training, and employment services to young people ages 16-24 years. This position requires a highly skilled leader who can lead a team of Social Service Professionals, Instructors, and community partner staff while providing excellent customer service to the young people.

This person should have extensive skills working within a post-secondary environment, familiarity with the student transition from Secondary to Post Secondary programming and the supports available at the college. They will also be responsible for the billing, reporting, and familiar with the state and local requirements. This person will be a member of our Children, Youth and Young Adult Division (CYYAD). *This recruitment is to fill a Term-Limited Temporary (TLT) position that is anticipated to end two (2) years from the start date. If filled by a King County employee who has passed their initial probation, the TLT will be as a Special Duty Assignment (SDA).*
