*Reminder: ETC Model Participant Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) Signing in 4innovation (4i) Platform Closes on 5/16*

This notice is a reminder that the ETC Model Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) signing window is open until May 16th at 11:59pm! _Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) may not be signed outside a scheduled signing window_.  ETC Participants or their designees must sign their relevant DSAs by 5/16/24 to have access to beneficiary-level reports once available in the 4i Datahub on or before June 1, 2024.

_Background _

Under the ETC Model’s regulations at § 512.390, CMS makes certain beneficiary-identifiable data available to ETC Participants under the condition that an ETC Participant complete and submits, on at least an annual basis, a signed data sharing agreement. Beneficiary-identifiable data include the ETC Participant's attributed beneficiaries' names, Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers, dates of birth, dual eligible status, and LIS recipient status. Beneficiary-identifiable data may be retrieved by ETC Participants no later than one month before the start of each PPA Period. For the purposes of this notice, beneficiary-identifiable data will be available to ETC Participants with a signed and active DSA on or before June 1, 2022, which is one month prior to the start of PPA Period 5, which begins on July 1, 2024.

_Next Steps: _
