In this seminar, hypothetical and actual cases of trademark and copyright troubles will be introduced to explain the basic matters of trademark and copyright.

Every society has the possibility of getting involved in troubles concerning trademarks. This lecture will explain the intuition to deal with such troubles from a "defensive" point of view.

There are many cases of copyright troubles that could have been avoided if the participants had knowledge of the troubles before proceeding with their business. In this seminar, we will introduce hypothetical cases of typical copyright troubles and focus on the basics of copyright.
