Open Payments Data Correction Reminder

*The Open Payments additional 15-day data correction period closes on May 30, 2024.* 
This period is dedicated for the resolution of outstanding disputes initiated by covered recipients.

It is expected that disputes will be resolved in good faith prior to the May 30th deadline. Payment records with disputes that remain unresolved after May 30th will be published as disputed.

*The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) does not mediate disputes. *It is important to work directly with the covered recipient(s) to resolve any disputes.

* Step-by-step instructions regarding the data correction process are available on the Resources for Reporting Entities [ https://www.cms.gov/OpenPayments/Resources/Reporting-Entities ] page of the Open Payments website.
