After 27 years in the US, I am seriously considering moving to Japan in the near future and recently purchased a small house in front of a beach in "Izu", Japan.
Now I can bring my pets back home with me.
For now, I am continuing to live in two locations, LA and Izu, to gradually get used to life in Japan.

There were many "obstacles" before I bought a house in Japan, and at one point I gave up on the idea of moving to Japan.
I initially contacted over 50 real estate agencies in Izu （ Atami, Ito ） and Shonan, searching for rental properties, used condominiums and other properties for sale. ！ ？ and an elderly couple , there were very few apartments available for rent. ！

However, my dream of moving to Japan became a reality when I met a real estate company in Izu.
We have no children, so we are worried about our old age （ Tears ）
What if one of us needs nursing care ？ The high cost of nursing care in the US These doubts have been resolved, and I am truly relieved.


I would like to share with you the knowledge I have gained from my own experiences in Japan, such as finding a place to live, procedures at the municipal office, opening a bank account, paying utility bills, finding a renovation company, and much more.
