Roommate

SUBLET: Female roommate needed for 1BR of 3BR apartment in Astoria!

I am looking for a roommate for the period 7/1-9/30.



The location is conveniently located in Astoria, about 4 minutes walk from 36th Ave station on N/W line and about 6 minutes from 36th St station on M/R line. There are laundromat, supermarket, etc. in the neighborhood, which is convenient for daily life.
The room is on the 4th floor of a walk-up 4-story apartment building. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared by 3 people including the current female roommate.



- Rent: $ 1,100
- probably about 7-8 mats
- with window



Utilities will depend on usage, probably $ about 70 and the wifi and supplies are expected to be shared as well.
As the apartment was originally unfurnished, we would prefer someone who is willing to buy all the furniture except the TV and TV stand for $ 300. We will also provide AC or fan, but preference will be given to those who can purchase these as well.

Please contact us if you wish to move in during June or for a short term lease (more than 2 months).
