I am renting out one room in a 4-room house. Housemates are UCLA/SMC students.

・ Security Deposit ： One month rent. Cleaning fee deducted when moving out.
・ Common areas to be cleaned once a month. Each housemate pays about $ 40 per month.
・ Garbage disposal is done by housemates on a monthly basis.
